These shots come from my Point and Shoot, which took over when my SLR
broke down, as well as shots from our hikes up capes and on the Oregon
Dunes.
We arrived at the Dunes near sunset, and hiked up one of the northern,
grassy ones, then decided to camp at the south end at the Eel Creek camp.
This camp was right at the edge of the dunes.
From there we continued south all the way to California.

Our campsite in Oregon Dunes NRA was right on the dunes, and a short hike took us onto bare sand. It was a foggy day, with rain, so we didn't go Dune Buggy riding but we did hike to the top of a high dune, which is pretty tough slogging.

At the edge of the dune was this pond, pretty even on the dreary day.

The air cleared and finally we get to some of the craggy coast you hear about in Oregon. It's only in the southern stretch, and is like Big Sur, only greener.

More shots. By now my main camera had broken and the light was getting low.

Natural Bridges cove in Boardman State Scenic Corridor. We traversed this stretch late in the day, as the fog was rolling in. It's one of the most spectacular parts of the coast, but the weather left us without great photos.
