Be sure to check out the panoramic version of the theatre at Epidarius.

The Corinthian canal. Just 85 feet wide at the bottom. They tried to build this in ancient times but could not. It was finally completed early in this century.

The treasury of the father of Agamemnon. When found, it was entirely empty. It was huge, however, and had a huge single stone over its door. To this day they don't know how ancient technology got that stone up there. The room was then covered to look like a hill.

I pose under the famous Lion's gate at the city of Agamemnon. The heads of the lions were gold, it is supposed, and thus they are gone.

A wide shot of the amphitheatre at Epidarius. It's still in use today. The acoustics are tremendous.

An excavated gravesite in the city. Apparently quite a lot of wealth was found in these otherwise ordinary graves, leading to much speculation as to how much must have been in the treasury.]
